CLAIMS

Any claims will be handled in accordance with the legal regulations in force in the Czech Republic. Please send the goods with a copy of the purchase receipt, a description of the defect and your contact telephone number. It is necessary to send the goods in the condition in which you bought them, that is, for example, for the reel - including the spare spool and without the line (if it was not included in the purchased goods). Otherwise you risk losing or damaging the line.
