Professional fish filleting knife F. DICK from Premium Plus series in length 21cm. Forged from one piece of steel, perfectly balanced and ergonomically shaped. Perfect handle in volume and shape with optical riveting, handle and blade are seamlessly joined thanks to a special manufacturing process. High-alloy steel with a balanced mix of materials has been specially developed for this series. Long blade durability due to high carbon content, chromium for wear resistance and molybdenum for corrosion resistance. Sharpness is integral to the manufacture of these knives. Each knife has been hand sharpened, dressed and polished.
